Leeds City College Students Raise Awareness Of Autism
Leeds City College Students Raise Awareness of Autism At Enterprise Festival 2018
Students from Leeds City College ran another successful Enterprise Festival at Trinity Leeds last week. The festival gives students an opportunity to showcase their skills and demonstrate the knowledge learnt as part of their college course.
Leeds City College Printworks Campus students latest Fixers Project was to raise awareness of Autism. So they decided to hold a bakery stall at this year’s Enterprise Festival by selling cupcakes and artisan bread to the public whilst promoting awareness and understanding of autism.
Students managed to raise a fantastic £143.18 from the sale of their delicious baked goods and kindly donated the funds to Leeds Autism Services. Well done to all the students involved!!
